HNA Membership and Meetings: 
Membership in the HNA is open to anyone who lives and/or owns property or holds a business licenses for a business within the Homestead boundaries. We encourage you to drop in on our monthly board meeting. It’s a great opportunity to hear what’s going on in your neighborhood and to meet some of your neighbors.

HNA Needs You! We are seeking new people to take on the various Board and other committee positions so please let us know if you are interested in serving, or come to our next meeting. While there are certain performance obligations for each position, what you do in that position is largely a function of your interests and initiative.
We are seeking volunteers to fill several committee vacancies, including:

Parks
Crime and Safety
Parking

This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and to understand (and sometimes influence) what is happening within your neighborhood. Call or e-mail us (see "Contacts" page) or better yet - come to our monthly meeting - which takes place the first Tuesday of every month... 

Don't Like Meetings?
Well …. there are other ways to get involved….. While all of our neighborhood association meetings are public and we welcome your attendance (or your participation as a board or committee member) - there are other ways to get involved:

Opinions? Are there any issues or topics that you feel strongly about that you would like to take on as part of our neighborhood association? We welcome your ideas - as we welcome your volunteer efforts.

Hobbies or Interests? Do you have any interests or hobbies that you would like to share with others? We live in a very diverse neighborhood, and the odds are there are other Homestead neighbours that already share that interest - or are receptive to learning something new - or meeting new people.

We have many neighborhood events and activities currently in the planning stages. They include:

* Homestead Summer Barbecue (Southwest Neighborhoods Night Out)
* Safety and Security Seminar
* Trail Walks and/or Maintenance
* Plant Exchanges
* Neighborhood Watch Program
* Book / Movie Club
* Ivy Removal

* Book / Movie Clubs
